Terms of Service

1. The service
WaggyPet is a pet-care organization tool delivered through our Mobile Application. It is not veterinary or emergency care. Consult a licensed veterinarian in emergencies.
2. Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit. New photos and documents must be uploaded through the in-app upload flow (no arbitrary external links for new content). You warrant you have rights to uploaded files. Legacy pasted links may still display for older content.
3. Pet sharing
You choose each collaborator's role. Family members may edit pet records; sitter/walker and vet viewer roles are view-only within their scope. Only owners manage invitations.
4. Subscriptions & SMS
Paid plans are processed by Stripe. SMS reminders are a premium feature and require a verified phone number. Standard carrier rates may apply.
5. Acceptable use
Do not circumvent sharing limits, scrape other users' data, or abuse export, invite, or community features. Fair-use limits apply to protect the service.
6. Account termination
You may delete your account in settings. Deletion removes your data substantively as described in the Privacy Policy, not merely by hiding the account.
7. Governing law
Alberta, Canada and applicable federal laws of Canada.
Open source and third-party materials
WaggyPet is built with open-source software, including Ionic, React, Astro, and Lucide (ISC license). A complete list of third-party licenses is available on request at legal@waggyapp.com.
The marketing site uses Lucide icons. Screenshots on this site and in the app are captures of the WaggyPet interface, not third-party stock photographs.
App Store is a service mark of Apple Inc. Google Play is a trademark of Google LLC. Those marks appear on official store badges. Apple and Google are not affiliated with WaggyPet.
