Is WaggyPet really free?
Yes. The Free plan includes 1 pet with health tracking, appointments, journal, family sharing, and the community and directory. No credit card is needed to sign up. Upgrade to Premium for unlimited pets.
Which devices does it work on?
WaggyPet runs in any modern browser at app.waggyapp.com and installs as an app on iOS and Android. Your data syncs across every device you sign in on.
What does Premium add, and how much does it cost?
Premium unlocks unlimited pets, medication and appointment reminders, advanced insights, and priority support. It costs $1.99 per month or $19.99 per year.
Can I cancel Premium?
Yes. You can cancel from the Subscription screen in the app, either at the end of your current billing period or immediately. Payments are handled securely by Stripe.
Who can see my pet’s information?
Only people you invite. Owners have full access, family members can view and edit, sitters and walkers see schedules, and a Vet Viewer gets read-only access to health records. You can remove anyone at any time.
Are the native App Store and Google Play apps available?
Native store listings are coming. Until then, the store badges and QR code open the web app, which you can add to your home screen on iOS and Android.
